The new Aito M7 was officially launched on the evening of September 23, 2025, at the HarmonyOS Smart Travel Autumn Product Launch Event. The SUV offers both pure electric and extended-range powertrain options, along with 5-seat and 6-seat configurations, totalling 12 variants priced between 279,800 and 379,800 yuan (38,900 and 52,800 USD). According to HIMA, the new vehicle received over 30,000 firm orders within one hour after launch.
High-end models of the new Aito M7 come equipped with 192-line LiDAR and the Huawei ADS 4 driver assistance system. The vehicle also features upgraded comfort amenities, including a zero-gravity driver’s seat, rear entertainment screens, and an in-vehicle refrigerator/warmer.
The pure electric model achieves a maximum CLTC range of 710 km, while the extended-range version delivers a combined range of up to 1,625km.
The new Aito M7 adopts the latest design language of the Aito family, with styling similar to the M8 model but featuring smaller, flatter headlights connected by an LED daytime running light strip. The vehicle’s dimensions are 5,080mm in length, 1,999mm in width, and 1,780mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030mm.
Inside, the M7 features a triple-screen setup including an embedded front passenger entertainment display, alongside a digital instrument cluster and AR-HUD for the driver. The SUV inherits the three-spoke steering wheel and centre console design from the M8, including dual wireless phone charging pads, dual cup holders, and the family-style star ring diffuser.
In terms of powertrain, the pure electric version offers single and dual-motor options. The single-motor rear-wheel drive variant produces a maximum power of 227 kW (304 hp), while the dual-motor all-wheel drive configuration delivers 160 kW (215 hp) and 227 kW (304 hp). Both feature ternary lithium battery packs providing CLTC ranges of 660km and 710km, respectively.
The extended-range model combines a 1.5T engine producing 118 kW with electric motors outputting 165 kW (221 hp) and 227 kW (204 hp). It achieves a pure electric CLTC range of 315km and a maximum combined range of 1,625km.
